As a Licensed Professional Counselor I see people with a variety of concerns but have a special interest in helping those who are struggling with their romantic relationships and those experiencing the anxiety of uncertainty.
I provide a non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings and
clarify your deepest desires.
I am also a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional and believe that sexuality is an integral part of our humanity. I provide a sex positive perspective that allows for authentic conversation surrounding sexuality including: sexual arousal and desire, porn addiction, erectile dysfunction, enhancing emotional intimacy, communication of boundaries, establishing trust after betrayal and sexual trauma.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including emotionally focused therapy, adlerian therapy, existential therapy, sex informed therapy, internal family systems and ACT.
I see clients virtually across Minnesota through the convenience of Telehealth.
