I'd like to share a bit about myself so that you can get to know me a little better. When I'm not teaching yoga and life coaching, I'm busy raising my two sweet and spunky daughters. They are most certainly my greatest teachers giving me countless opportunities to learn and grow.
I love to travel, hike and explore the world yet I always appreciate returning to the comforts of home. You may be surprised to learn I'm a homebody. I enjoy nesting, reading and relaxing at home.
I'm on a life long journey to live healthy and happy in mind, body and spirit. Ever since I can remember I've been interested in various forms of wellness. I spent my teens working at a nutrition center learning how different supplements support the body. In college, I studied psychology and went on to get a Master's degree in marriage and family therapy. I worked as a counselor before deciding to stay home to raise my kids.
Once my girls were older, I decided to explore teaching fitness and I'm so glad I did. I started my teaching journey with Zumba and yoga. As much as I enjoyed those formats, I felt a calling to create my own signature format that combined yoga and dance to pop music. Sexy yoga. OMY! Yoga was born!
